How to Order a Custom Love Chime
Every Love Chime begins with a conversation, not a checkout button. Here's exactly what happens.
1. Reach out — nothing is due today
Text, call, email, or fill out the short form. Tell us who or what you'd like to honor. That's all we need to begin. There's no payment at this stage and no commitment.
2. We ask about them
This is usually everyone's favorite part. We'll ask about their favorite colors, the things they always said, a symbol that was theirs, their faith, their hobbies, the small details only your family would recognize. Some people write it all out in one long message. Some prefer to talk it through on the phone. Either works, and there's no rush.
3. You see a design before anything is made
We turn those details into a custom design and send it to you. You tell us what to change. We revise until it's right. Nothing gets cut, painted, or assembled until you love it.
4. A deposit reserves your spot
Once you've approved the design, a deposit of $250.00 secures your place in our queue and covers materials. The balance is due before shipping.
5. We handcraft it
Wood is cut and shaped for the topper. Aluminum tubes are precision cut using Solfeggio-inspired frequency calculations. Artwork is hand-painted, details are laser-engraved, epoxy work is poured and cured, and everything is polished and assembled by hand.
Most Love Chimes are finished within 3 to 4 weeks after design approval.
6. It arrives ready to hang or give
Your Love Chime ships in a black gift box finished with our wax seal, packaged to arrive safely and insured in transit. It's ready to hang on a porch, in a garden, or to hand to someone you love.
