  • Our commissioned heirloom memorial wind chimes are currently priced starting at $444.44 + tax

  • To reserve your place in our studio schedule and secure materials for your custom Love Chime, we require a 50% deposit at the time of ordering. Your deposit is credited to the final total; the remaining 50% is due before we ship or you pick up. Once you approve your design and we order materials, the deposit is non-refundable.

  • After placing your order, you’ll receive a link to our memorial details form. We invite you to share:

    • Sacred dates and milestones

    • Special memories and stories

    • Symbols, animals, flowers, or images that you feel meaningful

    • Favorite colors, sayings, or phrases

    • Any personal touches or mementos you'd like us to incorporate

    We use these details to weave their spirit, story, and memory into your Love Chime so that it truly sings with their essence.

  • After we review your form and order, we’ll schedule a 30-minute design consultation. During this call, we’ll talk through ideas, confirm colors and symbols, discuss any trinkets or keepsakes you’d like to include, and make sure the design feels aligned with the person or pet you’re honoring.

  • If you choose this option during your order, we will provide detailed instructions and our mailing address via email. Please follow these guidelines:

    • Ashes must be securely sealed in a small container or vial (no loose material, no glass please).

    • Keepsakes (such as fabric, a lock of hair, or small mementos) should be safely packaged and clearly labeled.

    •  Use a padded mailer or box, and include your full name, order number, and contact info inside the package.

    • Premium wood topper – Carefully selected hardwood, sanded smooth and finished to highlight the natural grain and warmth of the wood.

    • TotalBoat UV-resistant epoxy – A marine-grade epoxy designed to resist yellowing and stand up to sun, moisture, and outdoor conditions, protecting your artwork and embedded keepsakes.

    • Hand polished aluminum tubing with 1/8 inch wall – Thick-wall aluminum tubing chosen to create a rich, resonant tone and lengthen the time your chime sings in the breeze.

    • 1/32 industrial metal twine – Strong, durable cord that supports the chime components while allowing smooth, natural movement.

    • 1 mm anodized aluminum sail – A lightweight yet sturdy sail that catches the wind easily, with an anodized finish for added durability and a refined look.

  • Because each Love Chime is custom-made, please allow approximately 4–6 weeks for production after we have your design details (and any ashes, fur, or trinkets, if applicable). Shipping time will be added on top of production time.

  • Each Love Chime is a commissioned heirloom art piece, not a mass-produced item. The 4–6 week timeline reflects the care, detail, and multiple steps involved in creating something that truly honors your loved one or pet.

    Behind the scenes, your Love Chime goes through:

    • Design process – We thoughtfully review your memorial details form, gather inspiration from your stories, and create a custom design that reflects their colors, symbols, sayings, and essence.

    • 30-minute design consultation – We spend dedicated time with you to confirm details, refine the artwork, and make sure the design feels true to the person or pet you’re honoring.

    • Hand-cut and polished tubing – Each aluminum tube is measured, cut, deburred, and polished by hand, then tuned to create a rich, resonant tone that sustains in the breeze.

    • Epoxy artwork in multiple layers – The epoxy art on your topper and striker is poured in layers. Each layer requires 24–72 hours of drying and curing time before the next can be added, especially when embedding keepsakes or building depth and dimension.

    • Assembly & finishing – We assemble the chime using industrial-grade twine, fine-tune the spacing and balance, and carefully check how it looks and sounds before it leaves our studio.

    All of these steps take time, but they ensure your Love Chime is not only beautiful and durable, but also deeply personal—an heirloom piece you can cherish for years to come.

  • At this time, we accept a limited number of commissions each month to ensure every piece receives the care it deserves. If you have a special date or deadline, please contact us before ordering and we’ll let you know if we can accommodate it.

  • Minor adjustments (such as color tweaks or small symbol changes) may be possible early in the design process. Larger changes that require redesigning artwork or starting over may incur additional costs. Please share as much detail as you can in your form and consultation so we can get it right from the beginning.

  • Yes. Pet cremation memorials are a beautiful way to honor the unconditional love our animals give us. We can incorporate paw prints, favorite toys or symbols, colors, and even a small amount of ashes or fur into your pet’s Love Chime.
